Get involved as a LUSEM alum

Your relationship with LUSEM does not end at your graduation. As one of our alumni, you can stay involved in a variety of ways. As an alum, you can become a LUSEM ambassador, sharing your success stories and accomplishments, inspiring the next generation of leaders and entrepreneurs.

Become a mentor

Mentoring provides a great chance to boost your CV with new skills and share valuable experiences with a current LUSEM student. As a mentor, you can offer insights into various jobs and industries based on your firsthand experience. The mentorship spans November through May every year, with the goal of students and mentors discussing everything from career ideas and dreams, to fears and mistakes. The students will be challenged and inspired for their coming career journey through the guidance of a professional, and also build their personal network with other mentees and mentors.

Become a student coach

Are you interested in supporting, guiding, and inspiring students at the beginning of their journey in the Bachelor's Programme in Business Administration and Economics? Then we warmly welcome you to become a student coach!

LUSEM’s Bachelor's Programme in Business Administration and Economics is one of the most sought-after programmes in Sweden, preparing students for a broad range of careers in the field of economics and business. During their studies, students are encouraged to build strong connections with the professional world. One way we support this is by offering them a coach—someone who can challenge, support, and inspire them throughout their education. As an active alum, you have valuable experience and insights to share. In your role as a student coach, you’ll be a key source of support for students and contribute to their professional development, helping bridge the gap between academic studies and working life. Please note: This activity is conducted in Swedish, and proficiency in the Swedish language is required.
